About The Lakey's florida villa
Our Villa
Our villa is situated on the beautiful resort of Providence in Davenport. It was built at the end of 2019 and is modern and spacious in an as new condition as hardly used yet. It has 6 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three lounges, games room, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, dining area,, outdoor dining and seating area and of course a stunning salt-water pool overlooking a conservation pond. It is luxuriously furnished to a very high standard providing you with nothing but the best for your vacation in Florida. We will be updating page daily so bear with us !
Chill out ‘beach’ themed sitting room
Why not relax after a busy day at the parks or shopping in a ‘beach’ themed chill out room. Complete with huge wrap around sectional sofa.

Open plan fully fitted kitchen complete with full size refrigerator, dishwasher,microwave and oven. Dining table and bench seating for up to 8 guests plus 4 bar stools. A huge comfy corner sofa. As well as a wall mounted 55” Smart Tv
Master Bedroom 1
Master bedroom with huge king size bed, two bedside draws with usb chargers in lamps. Enormous walk in wardrobe. Ensuite bathroom with double sink unit, double walk in shower and separate toilet.
Master Bedroom 2
Master bedroom with huge king size bed, bedside tables, chest of draws, large closet. Ensuite bathroom with sink unit, shower over bath and toilet.
Master Bedroom 3
Downstairs Master Bedroom with bedside tables, chest of draws and large closet.
Full bathroom shared with downstairs twin next door.
Master Bedroom 4
Master bedroom with queen sized bed , bedside draws and dresser in Mickey & Minnie theme.
Ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, vanity unit and toilet. Also accessible from landing and bedroom 5.
Star Wars themed bedroom 5
Bedroom 5 is a Star Wars themed room.
It features a triple sleeper bunk with under bed trundle so sleeps up to 4 children . Complete with smart tv, walk in closet and draw units.
Downstairs twin bedroom 6
Downstairs twin bedroom in a Minions theme.
Two twin beds with draws and large closet.
Bathroom next door with full bath and shower over plus toilet and sink unit.
Entertainment Area
Our Entertainment games room is situated on the first floor landing area and is complete with pool table, board games, 55inch Smart Tv and brand new XBOX., unlimited games and two wireless controllers.
Comfy sofas and chairs to chill out or socialise.
Pool Area
Our south facing salt-water pool and extended deck area is a perfect place to relax, cool off in the huge pool or catch some rays in the beautiful Florida sunshine. Luxury sun loungers and towels provided. Sectional sofa under the Lani for outdoor dining . Child safety net surrounds pool to help keep little ones safe. Pool can be heated in winter if needed but as it’s south facing it does heat up nicely by the sun too. Just pack your sun lotion!
